- Treat colleagues, customers, suppliers and visitors with respect.
- Speak up if you see behaviour that falls short — through your manager, HR or the ethics line.
- Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is not tolerated.
- Concerns are handled confidentially, as far as a fair investigation allows.
