Salaried teammates receive an annual PTO bank that is granted at the start of each calendar year. Hourly teammates accrue PTO each pay period. Your balance is always visible in the HR portal alongside anything you already have approved.
- New hires receive a pro-rated bank based on start date
- Accrual rate increases with years of service
- Submit requests at least two weeks ahead where possible
- A limited balance may carry into the first quarter of the next year
